Android 1.1 with minor updates, new developer site

The latest Android SDK release 1.1 r1 is available from the (refreshed) Google Android developers site. According to the Android blog carriers started to update the build via OTA onto G1 devices. A new image to be used to flash the open developers device (also G1 hardware) shall be available soon.
